What BufferDesk does today.

Inside SuperOffice

• BufferSend reads the request and creates the order in Visma.net on Hold. Nobody types it.
• BufferCheck shows what BufferSend would do, and creates nothing.
• BufferFetch shows where the order is in Visma.net now. Support answers the customer without opening Visma.
• A BufferDesk tab on the request shows what was read, what was found in Visma, what looks odd, what is missing and where the order is.
• One page per buyer lists every order from them, with where each is in Visma now.

Matching

• BufferDesk finds the buyer among your Visma.net customers, by organisation number and name.
• It finds each line among your Visma.net items, by article number.
• When a buyer or a line is not found, a person picks the right one from your Visma list. The next send uses the pick.
• Anything a person would still type into Visma is one click to copy.
• BufferDesk points out what differs from this buyer's earlier orders: a first order, a new delivery address, a quantity far from usual.

Safety

• Every order is created on Hold. BufferDesk never releases one. Your team does.
• An order is created only when enough of its lines were found in Visma. You set how many.
• BufferDesk creates the order for a request once. Pressing the button again does not create another.
• When an order is not created, your order address gets an email saying what is missing.
• At 12:00 your order address gets the list of orders that will not ship today unless someone acts.
• At 07:00 your order address gets the count for the last 24 hours: how many came, how many reached Visma. Also when it is zero.

For your administrator

• Sign in with a six-digit code sent by email. No passwords.
• Add and remove the people who can sign in: admins, members and viewers. Each is invited by email.
• Three setups that walk through SuperOffice, Visma and BufferDesk step by step, with the scripts ready to paste.
• The PO field, the order type and the request-number field are settings, not code.
• One SuperOffice can feed several Visma.net companies, each with its own order address and language.
• Every order, with the ones that need a person first. Export as CSV.
• Accuracy: how much of what BufferDesk entered your team kept.
• A log of every call to and from BufferDesk with what it carried, every look at the tab in SuperOffice, and every change an admin made — kept 90 days.
• Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, Finnish or English for everything support reads.
• Orders are deleted after the number of days you choose. Export them as CSV, or delete the whole workspace, any time.

Where it runs

• Everything runs in the EU.
• The purchase orders are read by a language model, also in the EU.
