§ 02 The panel

The result, on the request.

Support never leaves SuperOffice. A tab on the request shows what BufferDesk read, what it found in Visma, what looks unusual and what is missing. BufferCheck shows the result without creating anything. BufferFetch shows where the order is in Visma now.

§ 03 The steps

Six steps.

What happens after the agent presses BufferSend.

01
BufferSend
The agent presses the button on the request. SuperOffice sends the request to BufferDesk: every message, with its attachments.
02
Read
BufferDesk reads the purchase order, from the PDF or from the email: buyer, PO number, delivery address, and every line with its article number and quantity.
03
Buyer
It finds the buyer among your Visma.net customers, by organisation number and name. The delivery address is the one Visma already has.
04
Items
It finds each line among your Visma.net items, by article number. A line it cannot find stays unmatched. It never guesses.
05
The gate
You set how many of the lines must be found, say 80 %. Above that, the order is created. Below it, nothing is created and your order address gets an email listing what is missing.
06
On Hold
The order is in Visma.net on Hold, with the buyer's PO, the request number and the missing lines listed in its note. A PO that is already in Visma is not created twice.
§ 04 One SuperOffice, several companies

Each country, its own Visma.

One SuperOffice can serve several countries. In BufferDesk each country is a company, with its own Visma.net, its own order address and its own language.

§ 05 Get started

Try it on your own orders.

Sign up. Approve BufferDesk in Visma.net. Paste three scripts into SuperOffice. The setup shows each step, and BufferCheck shows the result before anything is created. Questions: support@bufferdesk.com.
